The new school year is fast approaching, and though that brings a little anxiety to most kids, we came across some school supplies that may boost their confidence!
Nneka is a 27 year old single mother, with a passion for her black culture! That passion moved her to create school supplies that embrace it. She recently left the military and is looking to start a new chapter in her life, and she believes (and we agree) that this is the perfect way to do it!
In addition to making a living doing something she loves, her goals for her new business include opening and depositing profits into an account with black owned Citizens Trust Bank and donating 40% of all profits made from book bag sales to local charities.
