Issa Rae is one of our favorite Beauté Brownies in the business. After a successful run with her Youtube series "Awkward Black Girl", she landed a spot on HBO for "Insecure" which has become a favorite for it's candor and relatableness. She has already made history as the first black woman to create and star in a scripted series for the premium cable channel HBO and now she's a covergirl. Whoop, whoop!
